Hi, I’m Megan—the designer, dreamer, and slightly colour-obsessed creative behind Little M’s Creative House.
For years, my creativity lived within the boundaries of my 9-to-5 corporate life. I’d find little ways to let it peek through—making my spreadsheets a little prettier, adding colour wherever I could—but I kept the bigger, more playful part of myself tucked away.
I lived in this paradox world where even though I loved colour, I was afraid of colour. I loved boldness, but was afraid of being too much. And, if I'm being honest, a little self-conscious about how much I loved all the girly, whimsical, beautiful things that didn't always have a place in the 'clean girl' corporate world aesthetic.
Then my daughter came along, and something shifted...
I started to remember how much I loved creating simply because it was fun. I wanted to make room for the colour, creativity, and imagination I'd pushed aside for so long—and I realized I didn't want to hide those parts of myself anymore.
SO, I DECIDED TO BUILD SOMETHING THAT FELT COMPLETELY ME.
